Hard Boiled Eggs
15 mins Serves 2 Non Vegetarian
|salt to taste|
1. Soak paper towels in water and place them in the skillet. Arrange eggs on top.
2. Cook on a medium flame with the cover on and the Redi-TempTM valve open until its starts whistling.
3. Once the valve whistles, close it and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
4. Carefully rinse eggs with cold water and peel the shell off.
5. Season with salt. Serve hot.
