Oatmeal Crusted French Toasts

|1 tablespoon||powdered sugar|
|1 teaspoon||vanilla extract|
|1 teaspoon||cinnamon, ground|
|2 cups||quick oats|
|8-Jan||bread thick slices|
|Maple syrup||for garnish|
|Whipped Cream||for garnish|
1 In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon; mix well and set aside.
2 Place oats in a plate. Dip each bread slice in the egg mixture and then in oats.
3 Preheat the griddle on medium-high flame for 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and slightly coat the griddle with cooking spray.
4 Place the slices on the griddle and cook each side for 2 minutes.
5 Cut the toasts into triangles, garnish with your favorite fruit and serve with maple syrup and whipped cream.
