|1 tablespoon||olive oil|
|1 teaspoon||garlic, minced|
|3⁄4 cup||cherry tomatoes, halved|
|1⁄2 cup||feta cheese, crumbled|
|1⁄4 cup||basil, minced|
|1 teaspoon||cinnamon powder|
|Salt and black pepper||to taste|
1. Add quinoa and 1 cup water in a saucepan. Cover it with the Redi Temp® valve open and cook for 1.5 minutes on medium-high flame until it whistles. Reduce the temperature to low and, when the valve stops whistling, close it and cook for another 8 minutes.
2. Add olive oil and preheat the Gourmet Skillet on medium-high flame for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and tomato; stir constantly.
3. Add the remainder of the ingredients. Keep stirring for approximately 3 minutes.
4. Serve hot.
