Salmon in Orange Juice

|1||big orange, halved|
|2||celery stalks, cut in half|
|2||dill branches, chopped|
|1||green onion stalk, chopped|
|to taste||salt and pepper|
1 Season salmon with salt and pepper. Preheat the Skillet at medium-high heat for about 3 minutes.
2 Make a bed with celery stalks and the slices of half orange. Place salmon fillets on top and squeeze all the juice of the other orange. Add vegetables.
3 Reduce heat to low, cover with the Redi-Temp® valve closed and cook for 6 minutes, or until salmon is ready. Serve with white rice and mango salsa.
