4 cups milk
1⁄2 cup sugar
50 gms roasted vermicelli
10-12 almonds, sliced
10-12 cashews, chopped
10-12 pistachios, sliced
8-10 dates (khajoor), chopped
2 tbsp charoli
1⁄4 cup golden raisins
1 tbsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp rose water


1. Preheat the dutch oven on a medium flame.

2. Add milk, bring it to boil, once boiled lower the flame and let it simmer for 8- 10 minutes. Keep stirring in intervals.

3. Add roasted vermicelli, sugar and stir well.

4. Add almonds, cashews, pistachios, dates, charoli, golden raisins, cardamom powder and rose water and cook on a low flame with the lid on and the Redi-TempTM valve open.

5. Once the valve whistles, close it and cook on a low flame for 6-7 minutes.

6. Turn off the flame and let it rest for 5-6 minutes.
