|3 cups||brownie mix|
|1⁄2 teaspoon||cayenne pepper|
|1 teaspoon||vanilla extract|
|1⁄4 cup||chocolate chips|

1 In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, milk, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, vanilla extract and chocolate chips with precision series and whisk, until smooth consistency.
2 Preheat the skillet on medium flame for 2.5 minutes. Coat the skillet with cooking spray and reduce the temperature to low.
3. Add the brownie mixture and cover with the Redi-Temp® valve closed for 15 minutes. Turn off the flame and let it rest aside for 3 minutes.
4. Carefully invert the brownie onto the Cutting Board. Slice and serve with caramel or chocolate syrup.
