Spinach tacos with avocado salsa

|2||avocados, pitted and sliced|
|1||pepper, whole and stemless|
|1 pound||baby spinach|
|1⁄4 cup||onion, sliced|
|1 teaspoon||garlic, chopped|
|1⁄2 cup||chicken broth|
1. Blend all salsa ingredients together and stir for 2 minutes. Pour the salsa into a mixing bowl, cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2. Preheat the Gourmet Skillet on medium-high flame for about 3 minutes; add onion and garlic; sauté for 1 minute. Add spinach and chicken broth, stir constantly for 3 minutes on low heat.
3. Preheat the Griddle on medium-high flame for 3 minutes. Reduce the flame to low and place the tortillas; cook each side for 1.5 minutes.
4. Place cooked spinach on each tortilla, top with avocado salsa and serve immediately.
