Warm Corn Bhel

2 cups sweet corn kernels
1 cup mixed bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp chat masala
1⁄2 tbsp mixed Italian seasoning
to taste salt
to taste black pepper powder
for garnish coriander leaves, chopped


1. Preheat the skillet on medium heat. Add onions, mixed bell peppers, tomatoes, rinsed and wet corn, lemon juice, red chilli powder, chat masala, mixed italian seasoning, salt and black pepper and stir well.

2. Place the lid on with the Redi-Temp® valve open, once it whistles close the Redi-TempTM valve and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

3. Switch off the heat, garnish with coriander leaves.

4. Serve hot.
