Shipping and Delivery

Delivery – Charges and Timing

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above INR 2,000.

The total shipping charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered. This will be calculated at checkout and will vary between INR 150 and INR 500.

All orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days from shipping.

How do I track my order

If you are a registered user, simply log into your account and go to ‘My Orders’ to track the status of your order. If you shopped as a guest, please enter your order number and email address in the link below:

Who will deliver my order?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it us. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at and ensure that your complete shipping address is provided while confirming the order.

At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package and contact us at your convenience. We will resend your order at the earliest.

Can you combine orders to reduce shipping costs?

Unfortunately, orders once placed cannot be combined. Shipping charges are applicable to every order placed online.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

To ship items to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipment. We can't divide the same order into multiple shipments.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Any order may incur a shipping charge is a part of the order is cancelled.

For standard deliveries, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in India are not set as business days.

For free shipping, you product total after any discount should be above INR 2,000.

Orders can be shipped within India only.

Exchange & Returns

We endeavour to deliver your orders in a timely and professional manner and do our best to ensure that the highest and strictest quality standards are adhered to fulfill every order placed on our website. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

Is my purchase eligible for exchange or refund?

Any purchase is eligible for exchange or refund only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered to you is an incorrect size or different altogether, that is, the product does not match the order confirmation you have received.
  • If the product received is genuinely damaged or has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please take a photograph as soon as you have received the package and contact us within 48hrs of delivery with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Delivery address
    • Specify the reason for return / exchange
    • Supply us with a photograph of the incorrect or defective product

When will I receive the exchanged item?

The exchanged item will be shipped once the incorrect / defective item reaches our warehouse in Gujarat. Please allow the standard 3-5 working days for your shipment from that time.

When will I receive my credit note?

We will offer you a credit note once our team conducts a quality check at our warehouse. We offer credit notes only. If your purchase is eligible for a free return or exchange as explained above, the credit note will also include the proportionate shipping charge. 

Please note that the credit note will carry a validity of 6 months from the date of issuance, and can be redeemed both online or at any of our stores.

Terms and Conditions

  • Products can be returned only in case of a genuine quality defect.
  • Credit notes for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the registered email address or the email address has been used to make the purchase.
  • Replacements will be offered based on availability of product. If we don't have the replacement product, we'll be happy to offer you a credit note.
  • Proportionate shipping will be refunded in the form of credit note only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product.
  • We are unable to entertain requests to replace a product with a different product or style, even if the price is the same.

How to I use Gift Cards and Vouchers to make payments?

To use these online, simply enter the unique code provided when you check out. You may also redeem them at one our stores. If your order value exceeds the balance amount on the gift card or credit note, the balance must be paid at checkout. 

Terms of use for your credit note, gift card or voucher:

  • A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
  • A gift card cannot be cancelled so ensure you enter the correct details of the recepient.
  • Multiple gift cards and credit notes can be used together to pay for a single order.
  • No two vouchers or offers can be clubbed.
  • Vouchers will not be applicable during any periods of special pricing.
  • Validity of credit notes, gift cards and vouchers cannot be extended.
  • If the payment was made using a credit note/gift card, a refund against the purchase will be in the same form.
