Making cocktail recipes at home can be quite simple. While it may appear to be complicated, creating a great cocktail at home is completely doable.
We discovered that signature alcoholic drinks make any evening infinitely more enjoyable!
So this year celebrate New Year's Eve with these fantastic cocktails. We have a drink for everyone, whether you like gin, wine or vodka.

Frozen Strawberry and Rose Wine Frappe

Ingredients

Bottle Rose wine

400g of Strawberries

2 Lemongrass sticks

For garnish fresh mint lemon balm, or basil

Method

Fill ice cube trays halfway with rose wine and freeze overnight.

Place the strawberries in a blender with the rose wine ice cubes.

Blend until smooth, then pour into glasses and garnish with mint, lemon balm, or basil.

Negroni

Ingredients

25ml Gin

25ml sweet vermouth

25ml Campari

1 Orange

Method

Pour and stir gin, vermouth, and Campari in an ice-filled mixing glass for 40 seconds or until the outside of the glass gets cold.

Pour the cocktail into an ice-filled rocks / whiskey glass using a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon.

Garnish with 3 very thin orange slices.

 

Sex on the Beach

Ingredients

25ml Vodka

12ml peach schnapps

25ml cranberry juice

1 orange juiced, 1 orange wedge

Cocktail cherries (optional)

Method

Pour vodka, peach schnapps and orange juice into an ice-filled tall glass. Pour cranberry juice over the top and stir

Garnish with cherries and orange wedge to serve.

 

Espresso Martini  

Ingredients

40ml Vodka

20ml Coffee Liqueur

20ml freshly brewed espresso coffee

3/4 coffee beans (optional)

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Add the vodka, espresso and coffee liqueur. Shake well to create foam on top, then strain into a cocktail or martini glass.

Place coffee beans on top as a garnish.

New Maid  

Ingredients

60ml Blue Pea infused Gin

15ml sugar syrup

22.5ml lime juice

3 – 4 Cucumber slices

8 – 10 mint leaves

Blue Pea flower to garnish

Method

Add sugar syrup, lime juice, cucumber slices and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker and muddle well, now add blue pea infused gin and add some ice and shake well.

Pour the cocktail into gin glass using a strainer.

Garnish with a Blue Pea flower
