Since the time immemorial, eggs have been an essential part of the breakfast table. These are considered as the primary source of nutrition and are excellent sources of protein. This super food is simply perfect to start your day and can be extremely healthy if cooked in the right manner. Royal Prestige cookware, for example, allows you to cook your eggs without any oil or water. It would use the natural fat the egg to cook itself. Following are three of our easiest recipes of using eggs to cook breakfast which you would love to wake up to.

Recipe 1: Berry Omelette

Berry Omelette

Add a sweet little twist to your omelet for satiating the morning sweet tooth.

Utensil: Royal prestige 10-inch gourmet skillet

Ingredients:

1 egg
1 tbsp skimmed milk
3 pinches of cinnamon
1/2 tsp olive oil
100g cottage cheese (paneer)
175g chopped berries (can be strawberry, blueberries, goji berries or a mix of all)

Method:

Beat the egg, milk & cinnamon together. Heat the oil in the skillet and pour in the egg mixture. Cook for a few mins until set and golden underneath. This recipe doesn’t require for the omelet to be flipped over.

Place the omelette on the plate and spread out the cottage cheese over it and then scatter the berries across. Roll up and serve.

Pro tip: Add mascarpone cheese to add richness and sweetness

Recipe 2: Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Enjoy the creamiest of scrambled eggs, made to perfection without the use of any cheese. The idea is simple, constantly stir until the eggs are holding together.

Utensil: Royal Prestige 10-inch gourmet skillet

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon unsalted butter
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Method:

Melt butter in the skillet on medium-low heat. Crack open the eggs over a small bowl and beat them until blended and slightly frothy. Add in the salt and pepper.

Before the butter froths, add the egg mixture and use a spatula to constantly stir. In a few minutes, there will be some steam and small curds will form. If the curds are very large, lift the pan from burner and cool, while you keep stirring. You must constantly stir until the eggs hold in a loose mound that still spread slightly like cheese.

Recipe 3: Sunny Side Up

Sunny Side Up

A traditional way of cooking eggs, a breakfast staple. However, with Royal Prestige, you can go easy on the oil and enjoy this healthier alternative.

Utensil: Royal Prestige 10-inch Gourmet Skillet

Ingredients:

1⁄2 teaspoon olive oil
2 eggs
Salt to taste

Method:

Add olive oil to the 10-inch Gourmet Skillet, and preheat at medium-high for 2-3 minutes, or until oil is very hot.

Break the eggs on the skillet, as the heat increases, you will see the eggs start to change color. Cook until the whites are set, but the yolk is still runny.

Reduce heat to low and add eggs; cook for 2 minutes or until desired consistency.

Season with salt to taste.

Pro Tip: Cover with lid to ensure the whites are cooked properly.
