Zoku
In 2009, Ken Zorovich and Yos Kumthampinij embarked on a remarkable journey, giving rise to ZOKU after transitioning from their design studio to embark on a new adventure. With their wealth of experience supporting other companies in product development, they were driven to carve their own path and establish a captivating lifestyle brand.
Guided by a profound yet simple philosophy—that thoughtful products should seamlessly unite exquisite form with impeccable functionality—Ken and Yos set out to conceive innovative solutions to familiar challenges. Their creative pursuits led them to a groundbreaking concept: a device capable of rapidly freezing popsicles. Crafting a prototype from aluminium cigar tubes, they were astonished by its resounding success. Thus, the iconic Quick Pop Maker was born, catapulting ZOKU into the spotlight and cementing its status as an overnight household name. Wired magazine hailed the Hoboken-based company as "a scrappy designer's success story," propelling ZOKU toward a bright future.
Today, ZOKU remains steadfast in its commitment to push the boundaries of innovation, continually developing cutting-edge products that cater to the evolving needs of discerning customers. From space-saving storage solutions to revolutionary on-the-go products, each creation is meticulously crafted in line with Ken and Yos' original vision: a seamless fusion of exquisite design and functionality. As ZOKU forges ahead, it remains resolute in its pursuit of excellence, unveiling captivating designs that embody the perfect balance of aesthetics and practicality.
